- During the meeting at the property we will view the apartment, measure all rooms, take photographs and discuss the rental price with you; Off course the landlord will always decide what rent he will ask for the property
- W voor Wonen will select tenants for the property, present the property on her website, advertise on several other websites, send mailing lists, after the landlord has accepted the agreement.
- W voor Wonen will receive a set of keys and will start viewing the property
- All possible tenants will be discussed with the landlord out of which the landlord will choose the final tenant
- W voor Wonen will draw up the rental agreements; receive the first payments which are the first month rent and deposit. If requested, a condition report will be made as well.

Management:
- Would you like to rent out your property but you do not want to worry about your administration? We can arrange the administrative as well as the technical management for you
- For example: we will collect the monthly rent, we will deal with all complaints of the tenants, we can deliver several technical experts, we will inspect the property on a regular basis etc.
- Our management fee depends on several criteria. We would like to make an appointment to discuss all matters concerning rental and management.
