Rental of your object (s):

You make an appointment with our office by e-mail or telephone. During the appointment on location, the house will be viewed, measured and a rental price determined. A professional photo reportage of your object will be made in consultation. After acceptance of the assignment, W voor Wonen will offer the object on its own website as well as on pararius.nl, funda.nl and other websites. Of course, the object will also be offered to our network of companies and schools (if applicable) W voor Wonen will receive a set of keys and will proceed to view the object.The profile of the interested parties will be presented to the owner where he / she then makes a choice. W voor Wonen will take care of drawing up the lease. In addition, we take care of the check-in and the collection of the first rent and deposit (if agreed).

We would be happy to make an appointment with you as a landlord about financial matters during a personal meeting.

Management of your object (s):

Would you like to rent out your home (s), but you do not want to have additional administration? We are happy to take over the administrative and / or technical management from you. Our activities include: collecting the monthly rent, handling complaints from tenants, deploying third parties (maintenance and collection), etc. Our management fee is depending on several factors. We would be happy to make an appointment with you.
