Interested after viewing ... how to proceed?

1. If you are interested after the viewing, you must indicate your interest by e-mail before 5 pm the next day.

2. If the landlord has chosen to enter into an agreement with you, you must submit the following documents for inspection and assessment:

1. valid identification (passport or ID card or driver's license) AND

2. If you are employed: three recent pay slips print screen of your salary payment employer's statement

3. If you work as a self-employed person: Chamber of Commerce registration, most recent IB declaration

4. If you are a student: enrollment at school a guarantee from a resident in NLD his payslip and identification

3. The income requirement differs per home and depends on the rent.

4. After consultation with and agreement of the owner of the house, a lease will be drawn up and a privacy statement signed by the tenant, landlord and W voor Wonen.

5. A deposit of 1 month's rent and a minimum period of 1 (one) year usually applies to each home. A different period can only be agreed in consultation with the lessor.

6. The rent and deposit must be credited to the relevant accounts before the key will be transferred.

7. The key handover usually takes place in the rented object. An inspection report will be drawn up so that the defects are clearly identified for both parties.

8. After cancellation and correct delivery of the house and if there is no rent arrears, the deposit will be returned by the renting party who is designated as the lessor in the tenancy agreement. Correct delivery means that no damage has been done to the home and no changes have been made to the home without the landlord's consent. All homes must be delivered with neutral paintwork (walls, ceilings, woodwork) as well as without damage to, for example, laminate floor, carpet, windows etc.
